Can I purchase Lip Kandi products if I live outside the United States?
Yes, Lip Kandi LLC ships globally.
 
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship USPS which can take up to 7-10 business days standard shipping and express shipping which would take up to 1-3 business days
 
Can I exchange a product?
There are NO exchanges on any lip products.
 
What are your business hours?
Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Any orders sent after that will be processed the following business day.
